Job Description
Job Qualifications
- BS Accountancy graduate; CPA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong background in financial reporting, taxation, audit, and general accounting.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Analytical, organized, and with strong leadership skills.
- Willing to be based in Quezon City.
- Provide management with accurate and timely financial information for sound decision-making.
- Help protect company resources through effective accounting controls and compliance.
- Guide the Accounting team in maintaining accuracy, discipline, and accountability.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reports and reconciliations.
- Monitor compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and company policies.
- Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
- Supervise and develop the accounting team.
