Accounting Manager

Role Description The Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role oversees the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and alignment with company policies. The Accounting Manager manages journal entries, general ledger activities, and the tracking and reporting of fixed assets. The role includes supervising the accounting team, monitoring internal controls, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to management for planning and decision-making. The Accounting Manager also collaborates with other departments to ensure timely reporting, effective cost control, and continuous process improvement in the finance function.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Financial Statements and Finance skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger management.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial accounting role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
