Panoptik Global is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead global accounting operations, financial reporting, and IPSAS/IFRS compliance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements and global reports (IPSAS/IFRS)

Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and closing activities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Supervise accounting staff and support audit requirements

Analyze financial data and improve accounting processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA preferred

710+ years of accounting experience with leadership role

Strong knowledge of IPSAS and/or IFRS

Experience in global accounting and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
