As an Accounting Manager at MEC, your role will involve managing a team of accounting professionals, supporting compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning and audits.
- Leads and mentors the accounting team, ensuring all responsibilities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
- Prepares, reviews, and analyzes various financial reports, including those required for regulatory compliance, tax filings, budgeting, and internal management
- Supports and oversees auditing processes to promote financial integrity and operational effectiveness
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required; CPA certification is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities; excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational, time management, decision-making, and team management skills
