Accounting Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager, located in Quezon City. The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily financial operations, including managing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring accounting staff, monitoring financial transactions, performing audits, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves working closely with leadership teams to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies.

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Auditing
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Taxation policies
• Experience in Process Improvement, Financial Planning, and Analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is an advantage)
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
