Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Manager role located in Quezon City. The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure accurate journal entries and record-keeping, manage the accounting of fixed assets, and perform financial planning. The role also involves strategic financial management to guide the organization in achieving its business goals effectively, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills for financial reporting and problem-solving
• Solid understanding of Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger management
• Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Experience with Fixed Assets management, including tracking and reporting
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
