What is this role about
The role will lead and handle the accounting inventory team and process of the company. This role will also provide key insights that will enable company leaders to formulate strategic business decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review periodic and special reports for statutory and management
- Coordinate directly with the Senior Manager regarding the team's performance
- Supervise the works of subordinates consistent with assigned work duties and expected reports, and checking if assigned tasks are properly done and executed based on procedures and accounting policies
- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures related to accounting services and operations
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant
- At least 5 years of general accounting experience
- With people management experience
- Adept and knowledgeable on the applications of accounting principles and concepts, analyzing finance documents and data, and reconciliation skills
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and principles
- Knowledge in government regulations and laws applicable to accounting
- Knowledgeable in Oracle NetSuite system and process
