What is the job

The Accounting Manager is responsible in leading end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and timely month-end close across multiple entities. The role drives process improvements, oversees core accounting functions, and manages a high-performing accounting team.

• Leads month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepares and reviews consolidated and entity-level financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

• Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

• Oversees core accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Manages multi-entity accounting operations, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience.

• Minimum of one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Experience managing full-cycle accounting and financial close processes.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
