Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager based in Makati City. The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage journal entries, and ensure proper accounting of fixed assets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing critical financial insights to support decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize financial processes is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and managing Journal Entries.
• Experience with Fixed Assets accounting and asset management processes.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• Proven experience of at least five (5) years managerial role in the field of Accounting and Finance
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets.
• Experience in financial services or credit industries is a plus.
