Accounting/Finance Operations Lead (BPO

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of accounting/finance operations such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing across all sites.
• Manage team performance and development.
• Initiate continuous improvement activities, work with stakeholders, and support sales activities.

Qualifications:

• With 4-5 years of professional experience in leading accounting and finance operations in BPO/shared service/international industries.
• With strong background in R2R, AR, AP, and billing.
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Employment Type: direct hire and permanent.
• Work Schedule: mid shift and night shift (work schedule may vary)
• Work Set-up:100% onsite
