Job Description

Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Supervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate work
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws

What We're Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting/finance management role, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
