We are looking for an Accounting Executive to join our team in Manila!

In this role, you will support the finance team across multiple entities, focusing on AP, AR, placement approvals, and core transactional finance. This is a high-volume role requiring strong organisation, international exposure, and high attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Check invoices against approvals and agreed terms
- Prepare weekly payment runs and support cashflow planning.
- Post payments and reconcile supplier statements.
- Resolve supplier queries promptly.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Raise and issue sales invoices on time each month.
- Allocate receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
- Monitor aged debt and follow up on overdue balances.
- Support credit control across entities.
Placement Approvals
- Review and approve placements in Bullhorn in line with internal controls.
- Check charge rates, pay rates, margins, dates, and commission splits.
- Ensure supporting documentation is complete before approval.
- Liaise with consultants and compliance to resolve discrepancies.
Staff Expenses
- Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policy.
- Check receipts, coding, and approvals before posting.
- Ensure expenses are recorded accurately in Business Central.
- Resolve queries with employees where claims are incomplete or incorrect.
Bank & Reconciliations
- Post bank transactions weekly in Business Central.
- Complete bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Investigate and clear reconciling items promptly.
Controls & Process
- Maintain clear documentation and an audit trail.
- Follow internal approval processes and controls.
- Support process improvements where needed.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years experience in AP, AR, or transactional finance.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience working with international entities and multi-currency transactions is required.
- Recruitment or contractor environment experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage deadlines and volume.
- Clear communicator across teams and regions.
