Job Title: ERP Accounting Trainee Support
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Finance/Accounting Trainee to join our team and support ERP project implementations and pre-sales activities. This role is ideal for fresh accounting graduates who want to learn how ERP systems improve financial processes and overall business efficiency. You will assist in analyzing accounting workflows, supporting ERP configurations, and contributing to project documentation and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and enhancing accounting workflows to promote accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the collection and documentation of ERP requirements for finance and accounting functions.
- Help configure and test ERP accounting modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Reporting.
- Maintain organized documentation and assist in creating user guides for finance-related ERP modules.
- Work with project teams during ERP implementations and client support activities.
- Participate in pre-sales tasks by helping prepare ERP demonstrations focused on accounting features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with accounting concepts such as AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
- Exposure to any ERP or accounting software (e.g., Infor LN, SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in ERP systems, especially Infor ERP.
- Willing to travel locally or internationally based on project requirements (company covers travel expenses).
