Your Role:
As an Accounting Clerk, you will:
- Prepare and manage invoice run
- Prepare and manage consultant Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) payments
- Prepare bank upload for supplier payment run
- Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Assist with resolving queries and issues from contractors or suppliers
- Timely bank and credit card transactions allocation and reconciliation
- Assist with month-end and End of Financial Year (EOFY)
closing, including the preparation of general journals
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
- Holds a Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Proficient in SAP ByDesign, SAP Concur, and other accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork
