KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate, monitor, and renew business permits, licenses, and Mayor's Permit with Local Government Units (LGUs) for Head Office and all outlets.
Monitor and ensure timely payment of real property taxes.
Secure needed documents for the renewal of the following:
1. Mayor's Permit
2. Sanitary Permit
Health Certificate
Water Test Result
Pest Control Analysis/Certification
3. Barangay Clearance
4. Fire Safety Inspection Certificate
Monitor all transactions concerning the taxes and licenses
Monitor all concern from outlets with regards to taxes and permits
Update POS sales book for stamping and other book of accounts
Update Authority to Print for new official receipts all outlets
Monitor outlets official receipts
Monitor renewal of all insurance policy of the company
Monitor contract lease
Monitor renewal of vehicles / LTO registration
Maintain updated tax database files
Monthly Inventory
Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related course
With or without experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication skills
