Accounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks including account SL update, analysis, and reconciliation, preparation of end-of-month reports, and providing assistance in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial reports. Key Responsibilities:

Account SL Update, Analysis, and Reconciliation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Conduct regular analysis of accounts to identify discrepancies and variances.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy between financial records and statements.

Preparation of End-of-Month Reports:

• Compile and generate end-of-month financial reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reflected in the reports.
• Collaborate with team members to review and analyze financial performance.

Assistance with Consolidated Financial Reports:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial reports.
• Work closely with senior accounting staff to gather necessary data and information.
• Help identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in financial reporting.
