Job Description
The Accounting Associate handles the preparation and submission of pre-need reports to the Insurance Commission, Mortgage Trust Indenture reports and handles the preparation of certification requested by the clients. Ensures accurate and timely preparation of reports in accordance with deadlines set by Portfolio Relationship Manager or clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares required schedules and documents requested by clients auditors and responds to audit-related inquiries.
- Prepares termination letter for account closure.
- Prepares special reports/ additional schedules as may be requested by the clients.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Department Head.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Math (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Keen on details, effective communication skills, proficient in both oral and written communication, computer literate, team-based and result-based orientation, people management, organizational, and analytical process-based skills
- Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
