Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Executes day-to-day bookkeeping data entry, reconciliations and other transactional and compliance
- tasks (as applicable)
- Initiates communication with clients for data clarification and initial questions
- Manage month-end closing of accounts and prepare clients financial reports in collaboration with your
- manager
- Performs tasks based on client workstreams and Standard Operations Procedures
- Compliance on established processes
- Identify and escalate issues to seniors or managers
- Can work with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Management
- Accounting/Accounting Technology
- With at least 1-3+ yrs work experience in accounting related field (Taxation, Audit, Payroll, General
- Accounting)
- Experience in QuickBooks, XERO or any cloud based accounting system is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
- Willing to work in a hybrid set up and can commute going to Mandaluyong City.
