Job description:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE; FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY!
Preferably, with 1 year of related work experience in any of the following fields: Accounting (Payables & Receivables);
Extensive knowledge in supply chain management, financial statements, basic accounting tasks, and flow;
Applicant must be willing to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating accounting records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare, review, and process invoices, billing statements, and payment transactions
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Monitor and record supply chainrelated transactions, including purchases and inventory movements
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and finance records
Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers regarding financial concerns
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
