Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Run GR Actual Project Line Item Cost from SAP which serves as the basis of project billing schedule preparation.
- Preparation of Statement of Account (EDD Supervision Fee, and Transportation Reimbursements) for Malls, Retail Affiliates, Food Group and SM Stores.
- Monitoring of collections and unpaid receivables.
- Entry of accounts receivable into the system.
- Coordination with paying companies.
- Reconciliation of GR with RFP.
- Drafting of contract documents for clients.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- With at least 1-3 years and above experience in the same field
- Basic knowledge in SAP and MS Application
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work onsite at Pasay City
