Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Run GR Actual Project Line Item Cost from SAP which serves as the basis of project billing schedule preparation.
  • Preparation of Statement of Account (EDD Supervision Fee, and Transportation Reimbursements) for Malls, Retail Affiliates, Food Group and SM Stores.
  • Monitoring of collections and unpaid receivables.
  • Entry of accounts receivable into the system.
  • Coordination with paying companies.
  • Reconciliation of GR with RFP.
  • Drafting of contract documents for clients.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • With at least 1-3 years and above experience in the same field
  • Basic knowledge in SAP and MS Application
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work onsite at Pasay City
