Role Description
The Accounting Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Accounting Department to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, proper documentation, and timely processing of accounting tasks. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
At least 12 years of accounting or clerical experience is an advantage but not required.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Organized and capable of meeting deadlines
