Job Description
Zero Penalties on government compliance reports and remittances (VAT, Relief, withholding taxes, etc.). BIR returns tally's with ACCPAC figures thru a regular reconciliation report.
Monitor and prepares journal entries related to Merchandise Inventory (OVGC Owned).
Prepare journal entries related to confi and rank & file payroll
Preparation and checking of remittances to SSS/PHIC and HDMF both contribution and loan.
Submission of various BS schedules every 30th of the following month as assigned by Manager
Processing of business permits, BIR permits, Sanitary, Health, POS permits etc. all matters related to store and HO permits & Licenses.
Metrics: Zero penalties due to failure or late processing of permits and licenses
Other task that maybe assigned
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Non-board passer applicants are encouraged to apply
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Accounting
Must be people-oriented, hardworking, analytical and willing to learn.
Computer literate with knowledge in Accounting Software and can work under pressure
Applicants must be willing to work in MANDALUYONG CITY
