Pickering Automotive Group is expanding its offshore operations, and we are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals based in the Philippines to join our growing team.

Supporting an Australian Automotive Dealership Group

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Successful candidates will work closely with our Australian finance team and provide accounting and bookkeeping support across Pickering Automotive Group's dealership operations.

Depending on your experience and strengths, your responsibilities may include supplier invoice and payment processing, accounts payable and receivable, banking, account reconciliations, payroll support, general ledger activities, month-end processes, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The team will also support automotive dealership-specific accounting activities, including OEM receivables, vehicle and stock-related transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, warranty-related financial records, and repair-order administration.

We are recruiting candidates with varying levels of experience.

Some positions will suit experienced bookkeepers and accounts professionals with strong transactional accounting backgrounds, while candidates with more advanced accounting experience and qualifications may take on responsibilities involving complex reconciliations, payroll, financial reporting, and finance oversight.

You do not need experience in every area listed above to apply. We will assess each candidate individually and match responsibilities to their experience, qualifications, and strengths.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Relevant qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Practical bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience

Experience in one or more areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, or Financial Reporting

Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Good analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Strong written and spoken English

Experience using accounting or financial software

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow established processes

Professional and confidential approach to handling financial information

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

Experience supporting Australian businesses or clients

Knowledge of Australian GST, payroll, or accounting processes

Automotive dealership, warranty, or repair-industry accounting experience

Experience with OEM receivables, stock accounting, or dealership reconciliations

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent

CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification for candidates suited to more senior accounting responsibilities
