Job Description

  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers.
  • Preparing journal entries and posting financial data.
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Managing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Utilizing accounting software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ERP)
  • Assist in preparing expense reports and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Help in verifying and processing employee reimbursements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements like balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with any accounting and administrative projects assigned by the department heads.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Education

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Basic knowledge in Book keeping and spreadsheet programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
