Job Description

Qualifications

  • BS Accountancy graduate or any related course
  • Computer literate
  • With experience in inventory accounting
  • Knowledgeable in SAP
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare landed cost sheets for imported materials.
  • Monitor daily inventory movements and ensure accuracy in SAP records.
  • Lead and supervise inventory counts and perform variance analysis.
  • Reconcile inventory records with the general ledger regularly. - Prepare and submit inventory aging and job costing reports.
  • Process vouchers for imported material purchases and related expenses.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate stock position reporting.

Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledgers in SAP.

  • Assist with item pricing/costing and other accounting-related tasks. - Perform other duties as assigned.
