Qualifications
- BS Accountancy graduate or any related course
- Computer literate
- With experience in inventory accounting
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare landed cost sheets for imported materials.
- Monitor daily inventory movements and ensure accuracy in SAP records.
- Lead and supervise inventory counts and perform variance analysis.
- Reconcile inventory records with the general ledger regularly. - Prepare and submit inventory aging and job costing reports.
- Process vouchers for imported material purchases and related expenses.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate stock position reporting.
Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledgers in SAP.
- Assist with item pricing/costing and other accounting-related tasks. - Perform other duties as assigned.
