The Accountant shall provide support to the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks and responsibilities that generally include preparing timely financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining finance and accounting records.
Job Responsibilities
Handles general bookkeeping and consolidation functions
Prepares cash position reports, accounting schedules as well as analysis of financial statements.
Reviews and posts all transactions under GPS (manual payment, official receipt and journal entries)
Prepares monthly reporting package
Prepares the annual / monthly operating budget of the company in collaboration with department heads
Ensures that all benefits and insurances are secured on a timely manner
Does daily accounting tasks that generally include preparing financial reports, statutory compliance, and maintaining finance and accounting records.
Graduate of BS Accountancy
At least 2 years experience in Accounting
Computer literate (knows Basic Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
