Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Quezon City. The Accounting and Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial recording, inventory control, and asset safeguarding functions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strict inventory monitoring of motorcycle units and parts, compliance with internal controls, and alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The position plays a critical role in protecting company assets, maintaining data integrity, and supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field
• Experience in dealership, retail, or asset-heavy business preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and inventory control systems
• Proficient in Excel
• High integrity and strong internal control mindset
