ROLE OVERVIEW

Join our team to help maintain financial precision and operational excellence. You'll support daily accounting activities by focusing on the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting, all while collaborating with the Controller to ensure accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your expertise will drive the month-end close process and provide critical insights through accurate financial reporting and the resolution of discrepancies. This remote role involves a mid-shift schedule, enabling comprehensive support for our global operations.

You will help maintain the integrity of our financial systems by providing detailed analysis and robust accounting operations to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data. Engaging closely with the Controller, you'll assist in cash flow analysis, audit preparation, and support in key variance analyses, contributing to strategic decision-making.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations
• Proficiency with general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of US GAAP principles
• Strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets

Strong Signals

• Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Familiarity with a manufacturing or inventory-based environment
• CPA or equivalent certification

Core Accounting Operations

Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and ledger management.

• Support month-end closing activities efficiently
• Maintain and review general ledger accounts accurately
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reporting packages
• Resolve discrepancies in balance sheet reconciliations

Controller Support and Reporting

Enhance operational and strategic financial outcomes.

• Assist in daily accounting operations and financial analyses
• Support in preparing cash flow reports and audit documentation
• Contribute to variance analysis and reporting

Process and Execution & Improvement

Drive efficiency and documentation accuracy.

• Execute recurring tasks with precision
• Identify and implement process improvements
