Role Description: Accounting - Inventory Analyst
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our esteemed team. In this position, you will support essential activities related to inventory management, system monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting within the hospital setting. Your responsibilities will include processing item accumulation, overseeing inventory transactions and system balances, conducting inventory counts and variance analyses, and ensuring accurate inventory movement within SAP and Bizbox systems.
Furthermore, you will play a critical role in our periodic inventory activities—monthly, quarterly, and annually—by coordinating audits, preparing necessary documentation, and tracking inventory movements to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in inventory management, accounting, or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP and Bizbox is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report generation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
