This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Analyst located in Santa Rosa City. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, and supporting finance and accounting operations. The position involves financial tracking, problem solving, and providing insights to optimize financial management. The role requires close attention to accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company standards.

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and performing related financial analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
• Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and foundational accounting processes
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and standards
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in accounting or a similar role is an advantage
