Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time Accountant role based on-site in Laguna. The Accountant will oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate records, prepare financial statements and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, analyzing financial data, processing payroll, and coordinating audits. Collaboration with team members to provide financial insights and recommendations will be an integral part of the role to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Expense Management
• Ability to Analyze Financial Data and prepare accurate and timely Reports
• Experience with Payroll Processing and Tax Reporting
• Familiarity with Compliance Standards and Auditing Procedures
• Strong skills in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to financial challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
