Accountant

HIRING: ACCOUNTANT (Construction Experience Required)

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or related field

Preferably CPA (but not required)

With at least 58 years experience in construction accounting

Knowledgeable in project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting

Familiar with BIR compliance and government regulations

Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel

Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

Monitor project costs and budgets

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements

Assist in audits and financial analysis
