Your Role
Job Overview:
Responsible for managing the full accounting function for the building/construction business.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Oversight and monitoring of project budgets and cost tracking
Reconciliation of costs, claims, and progress payments
Payroll processing
BAS preparation and reporting
Cashflow management and forecasting
Preparation of management and project performance reports
Systems Experience
Xero (essential)
Buildertrend (preferred noting this system may change in the future)
Required Experience
Solid accounting background with strong reporting capability
Experience In Construction Or Project-based Accounting Preferred
Very strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
