Accountant

Are you an experienced Accountant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence We are searching for a talented individual to join our team. With a minimum of 3 years experience in general accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

Job Description:

·           Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;

·           Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies;

·           Review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;

·           Handle/supervise a team of junior accountants/executives to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AR, AP processing and payroll;

·           Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;

·           Compilation of financial statements;

·           Assist in providing financial management services;

·           Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;

·           Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary;

·           Participate in automation project / opportunity to lead automation project for those with relevant experience; and

·           Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

·           Minimum of 3 year's working experience in general accounting;

·           Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or their equivalent;

·           Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill and honest.

·           Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; and

·           Those with IT background/experience especially in modern automation tools are highly desired.

·           Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals

·           Integrity and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
