Salary Range: $1,213 to $1,560 per month

Join a growing healthcare accounting operation looking to build a stronger, more accountable finance team! This full-cycle accounting role will support clean month-end closes across multiple facilities by reviewing AP activity, posting entries, reconciling accounts, preparing supporting schedules, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure accurate reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Post cash transactions accurately into the general ledger.
• Review AP emails, code and enter invoices, ensure expenses are assigned correctly, respond to vendor questions, and prepare AP reports for review.
• Review payroll entries and record prepaid expenses, accruals, journal entries, and other recurring accounting activity.
• Prepare receivables reports and follow up on non-medical billing collections as needed.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts during month-end close.
• Prepare and maintain supporting Excel schedules for balance sheet accounts, including prepaids, liabilities, loans, interest, and other recurring accounts.
• Review P&L and balance sheet activity across assigned facilities, identify unusual changes or inconsistencies, investigate discrepancies, and submit financials to the supervisor for final review.
• Manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities for approximately 4–7 facilities while keeping daily tasks current in the workflow management system.

Be an integral part of a growing healthcare accounting team, supporting supervisors and finance leadership with accurate reporting, organized workflows, and reliable month-end close preparation across multiple facilities. You'll work closely with accounting and operations team members to clarify missing information, resolve discrepancies, and help each facility's numbers tell an accurate financial story.

Who We're Looking For:

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Experience in full-cycle accounting is required, including accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, balance sheet accounts, and supporting schedules.
• Financial Review: Able to review P&L and balance sheet activity, identify unusual changes, missing bills, incorrect coding, duplicate expenses, and investigate discrepancies.
• Software: Experience using Sage Intacct is preferred. Software like NetSuite, Oracle, Peachtree, or similar would also be considered. Comfortable using Excel for reconciliations, supporting schedules, variance analysis, and financial review.
• Communication: Able to ask clear questions, follow up for missing information, communicate professionally with vendors, collaborate with other departments, and write clear professional emails. Use of AI tools is acceptable.
• Accountability: Diligent, professional, and able to take ownership of work while staying highly organized and keeping pace in a busy accounting environment across multiple facilities.
• Adaptability: Comfortable moving between multiple facilities throughout the day, learning different workflows, and keeping each company's accounting activity organized and accurate.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in healthcare accounting or supporting multiple entities, facilities, locations, or departments is a plus, but not required.
• Location: Must be located in the Philippines.
