Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial records and day-to-day accounting of a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books and financial records
• Record sales, expenses, payments, and collections
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations
• Monitor inventory-related accounting and cost of goods
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Track cash flow and operating expenses
• Coordinate tax filings and government requirements
• Support payroll and employee reimbursements
• Work closely with management on budgets and financial controls
• Identify discrepancies and improve accounting processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills
• Experience with e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting and tax requirements
• CPA is an advantage but not required
