What you will do:
- Franchise Billing Monitoring & Processing: Monitor and process monthly franchise billings through manual submissions and system portals, including receipt and validation of supporting documents, preparation of Requests for Payment (RFP), tracking of check status, and coordination of check distribution.
- Gift Certificate Processing & Safekeeping: Process monthly gift certificate billings, ensure proper safekeeping of redeemed certificates from franchise stores, handle voiding of certificates, submit billings, and provide coordination support to service providers.
- Payment, Credit Memo & Reconciliation Activities: Prepare Requests for Payment and Credit Memos after validation, reconcile claimed and unpaid franchise reimbursements, and investigate and resolve identified variances.
- Billing Projects & Ad Hoc Support: Maintain accurate billing trackers until endtoend completion and provide support for billingrelated projects and other finance tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or related finance functions.
- Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
