The Opportunity

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting week/month-end reporting and contributing to forecasting and budgeting processes. You will also be assisting with payroll process during payroll weeks. You'll help deliver timely, accurate financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day accounting operations, helping ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Deliver meaningful financial reports and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Maintain strong compliance and governance standards across financial activities.
  • Contribute to process and systems improvements, including new tools and ways of working.
  • Gain exposure to core accounting tasks, such as month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
  • Take ownership of payroll processing and compliance, ensuring accuracy and building regulatory knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

Key Criteria

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or CA qualified
  • At minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience, working within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Familiarity in financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience using NetSuite software is a must-have requirement.
  • Prior experience working with Australian clients would be a great plus point.
  • Good English Language written & verbal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management to deliver accurate work on deadlines.

Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00AM – 3:00PM PHT) Full time in office during probation. Moving to Hybrid set up afterwards.
