DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Statutory Compliance
- Perform regular and timely preparation and submission of statutory and tax reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, etc.) with required regulatory bodies (BIR, LGU, PEZA, etc.)
- Review and coordinate with external tax consultant on annual income tax return to ensure that they are computed in accordance with relevant tax laws
- Establish tax rules and regulation and policies for standardization of ALO tax
- Submission of all other relevant tax reports/filing
- Review and prepares Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Return
- Assists other departments on queries/concerns on taxes and accounting matters
- Responsible for updating Management and teams on the latest tax update and compliance
- Manage and maintains the company's tax database
- Ensures tax regulations are in compliance with established standards
- Ensures vigorous and efficient filing with the relevant bodies
- Performs other local statutory and tax-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Scanning vendor invoices / Employee Rev Fund validate payables
- BIR Form 2307 Preparation and payment release to vendor
- Preparation of Official Receipt (OR), check collection and other related task
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA is not required but is an advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in general accounting and statutory tax reporting
- Must have basic knowledge in accounting software (ERPs)
- Proficient in using MS applications and Email platforms
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Team Player
- Willing to travel and/or b assigned at client's office location
- Strong email / business correspondence
- Must be able to communicate with all levels in the organization
- Excellent communication with all levels in the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Can start ASAP
Salary Range: 25,000 to 35,000
