Job Description
As an Account Supervisor, the role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strong client relationship management, business development, and leadership of cross-functional creative teams across ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives. The position oversees both B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of effective, results-driven campaigns while maintaining high standards in project management, team collaboration, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Account & Brand Leadership Manage day-to-day client coordination and brand handling by maintaining strong client relationships and translating business objectives into effective advertising and communication solutions.
- Strategic Advertising Campaign Delivery Execute integrated ATL, BTL, and digital advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with brand strategies, timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
- Cross-Functional Creative Team Coordination Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure clear communication, efficient collaboration, and timely delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned outputs.
- Business Development & Revenue Support Support account growth by identifying opportunities, contributing to pitches and proposals, and expanding scopes of work to help drive agency revenue.
- Advertising Project & Process Oversight Oversee day-to-day advertising project execution, schedules, and workflows to ensure adherence to agency processes, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
- Client Satisfaction & Brand Quality Control Ensure strong client satisfaction and brand integrity by reviewing deliverables for strategic and creative quality and proactively managing risks or issues.
