Account Specialist

• Contact partner and creator candidates provided by the company.
• Introduce the platform and explain the partnership model in a clear and straightforward way.
• Answer candidate questions and provide support throughout the process.
• Follow up on registration, verification, onboarding, and initial activation.
• Reconnect with candidates who have not completed the process.
• Maintain regular communication with active partners and follow their activity on the platform.
• When needed, research potential creators and streamers through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.
• Communicate with candidates and partners via WhatsApp, email, phone, and video calls.
• Keep records of conversations, feedback, and outcomes up to date in the CRM system.
• Share relevant partner feedback with internal teams.
• Stay up to date with platform changes and updates in order to provide accurate information to partners.
• Support partner activation, engagement, and long-term retention.

• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating through phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and video calls.
• Confident using computers and digital communication tools.
• Familiar with social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Experience with CRM systems, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple candidates and processes at the same time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and confident in communication.

Experience with social media, creator platforms, live streaming, or video chat applications is considered a plus.
