CLIENT SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Communicate and respond to customers through various channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer concerns.
- Work closely with the internal teams to address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Facilitate the consolidation of required documents and materials needed in fulfillment of client's requirements.
- Consistently and regularly update customer and account information in the internal system.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Ensures that daily administrative tasks are delivered and executed with due diligence.
- Provide clear and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and initiate solutions in case of project challenges, and escalating concerns to concerned parties if need be.
- Provide general administrative support to Account Managers.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Can must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
