Job Description

CLIENT SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
  • Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Communicate and respond to customers through various channels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer concerns.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to address customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Facilitate the consolidation of required documents and materials needed in fulfillment of client's requirements.
  • Consistently and regularly update customer and account information in the internal system.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Ensures that daily administrative tasks are delivered and executed with due diligence.
  • Provide clear and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and initiate solutions in case of project challenges, and escalating concerns to concerned parties if need be.
  • Provide general administrative support to Account Managers.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Can must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
