Job Description

Client Profile: Established 14 years ago, this shared services company provides inquiry and decision-support tools and operates as a division of a London-based multinational information solutions provider.

Position: Account Sales Supervisor

Industry: Shared Service

Location: Commonwealth Ave. Quezon City

Salary: Php60,000-Php70,000

Schedule: Flexible working hours

Work Set up: Hybrid Set Up (2-3x per week RTO)

Job Requirements

✨ Bachelor's degree holder

✨At least 4 years of sales experience

✨At least 3–5 years of outbound sales experience

✨End-to-end B2B sales experience is an advantage

✨Available to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

✨ Support and drive sales targets by optimizing strategies and motivating the team.

✨ Execute sales campaigns, set goals, forecast quotas, and manage the pipeline.

✨ Lead by example through active selling, including cold calling.

✨ Coach, develop, and monitor Sales Executives to ensure strong performance.

✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans and drive revenue growth.
