Job Description

Are you a freelance insurance or sales agent looking to shift into full-time corporate work This role offers the security of regular employment with a bi-monthly salary, regularization benefits, and monthly sales commissions.

As an Account Officer Travel Sales, you will work closely with the Territory Sales Manager in managing travel agency accounts, activating inactive partners, and strengthening relationships to drive business growth in Luzon. This position involves weekly travel within and outside Manila to engage with partners directly and ensure sales objectives are met.

  • Office: Rockwell Makati | 8:30 to 5:50 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow travel agency accounts across assigned locations.
  • Proactively activate inactive agents through targeted outreach and relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, ensuring all matters are tracked, resolved, and reported to the Territory Sales Manager.
  • Monitor commission accounts, receivables, and payments to ensure accuracy and partner satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyses to support strategic planning.
  • Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and promotional activities to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience as an insurance agent or in a sales role with revenue targets is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • 60-70% Field work | Willingness to travel outside Manila on a weekly basis.
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills for group orientations, and a proactive approach to work.
