Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading Account Executives, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive business impact.

Lead and mentor Account Executives, providing direction, support, and performance oversight.
Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.
Drive new business opportunities, securing partnerships and growing key accounts.
Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and strategic marketing campaigns.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor industry trends and provide clients with competitive insights and innovative solutions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of Account Executives to ensure alignment with business goals.
Ensure timely submission of required documentation, contracts, and finance-related approvals.
Address client concerns and provide proactive solutions to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales in events, activations, or marketing.
Leadership experience in guiding and managing Account Executives or a sales team.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and create strategic solutions for business growth.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
Willing to work on-site as needed for client meetings and project execution.
