Job Description

  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
