Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and acquiring new accounts within the telecommunications industry. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the telecommunications sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas and objectives.

Requirements:

  • With Telco Background
  • Proven track record in sales and account management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Permitted to drive
  • Has own vehicle. (Company will provide necessary allowances and maintenance, etc.)
