Role Description

The Account Manager (Strategic Accounts) will manage client relationships by understanding business needs and presenting tailored IT solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client partnerships, developing sales strategies, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Key Roles

  • Manage and grow strategic client accounts across assigned industries
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business goals, and industry trends
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications, escalations, and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and product) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client insights and market intelligence
  • Track account performance and prepare reports and presentations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 35 years of experience in account management
  • Strong background in ICT, digital services, or SaaS products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships independently
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in telecommunications or media is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
